Career Summary

The moment I produced my first newscast in college, I was hooked. From the people, to the fast-paced environment and organized chaos, being in a newsroom felt like home to me. That’s why I’m continuing my journey as a news producer. I am looking forward to my next destination in which to learn and grow.

Following graduation from Kent State University and two incredible internships at WOIO-WUAB and MSNBC, I returned to Cleveland to start my producing career at WOIO-WUAB. I quickly became the primary utility producer at the station and a point person for getting things done. I can produce every newscast. Currently, I am a producer of our Monday/Friday morning newscasts. I often jump in to help others whether that means writing breaking news or even cutting sports highlights.

I was very fortunate to start in a major news market. I regularly experience big breaking news stories, many of which made national headlines. Stories and events, as the 2016 Republican National Convention, the Lebron James led Cleveland Cavaliers era, police violence and stunning breaking news, grow-up a young producer very quickly. And, I have.

As a northeast Ohio native, I work hard to serve my community and make sure the people of Cleveland get the news that is important to them. I look forward to working just as hard to serve the people of my next city and become a strong addition to my station’s news team.
