Ashley Bornancin is a multi-media journalist, and she is uniquely fortunate too. In Los Angeles, she created a depth of experience across a number of platforms in both television news and in entertainment. Ashley's resume combines television news reporting, writing, producing with an entertainment career, featuring network hosting, lead & guest primetime acting and voice over work on productions we all know and love.
As for love, Ashley’s long affair with journalism started when she was just 5-years old. What began as writing with her mother’s typewriter, became weekly newsletters for the neighborhood. This passion for storytelling led her to Indiana University’s Ernie Pyle School of Journalism and later to Biola University in Los Angeles. There, she was awarded the Journalism Broadcast Scholarship and graduated as the EP and lead anchor of the university’s student news broadcast.
Ashley Bornancin was born and raised in Cleveland Ohio. After her family's move to Los Angeles and wrapping up her BA in journalism, Ashley began her career. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her eating meatballs with her Italian family, running in half marathons, and expanding her knowledge through travel and a love for languages.
What began on her mother’s typewriter became an accomplished journalism career. Have a look at her demo, and you will see why Ashley Bornancin is a huge success.
